Pros: Hotel located in walking distance to the Railroad Art museum and shops. There's a Green Wise or Publix next door and parking is available. The room is clean and the hotel has digital access. The hotel has a contemporary design with some new features. The hotel staff is pleasant and helpful. Each member was responsive to guest requests. The bed is comfortable and the shower is large. Cons: Daily parking fee of $15.00, but the lot is not secure. Some room items don't operate correctly like television, refrigerator, and sink stopper. Very little holiday decorations were visible (12/29/23).

The location is really nice. The lobby & the rest of the hotel are super clean. The staff was very nice. My room was very clean & nice. My only drawback was the bed. The bed was hard as a rock. The pillows disappeared once you laid on them. I had to lay down with all 4 pillows. I wasn't able to sleep at all & I was so sore the next day. The lady running the breakfast was super nice & having a good breakfast the next morning helped make up a little.

It warms my heart to know that my husband and I felt welcomed and cared for by the staff, especially considering my husband's condition, kindness, patience and understanding are key in such situations, and their front desk team is committed to providing kindness and above and beyond excellent customer service, a safe and secure environment for all their guests. It's a wonderful feeling to be a home away from home, with the nearby Green Wise Market adding to that comforting feeling. We believe that familiarity and convenience are essential for a pleasant stay, the design and lighting of the hotel have a soothing effect on you, it is evident that they strive to create an ambiance that promotes relaxation and comfort. The manager Mike, takes great pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and their hospitality food area staff and housekeeping are dedicated to ensuring a delightful dining experience. Lastly, the lovely view of the pool and front entrance were We visually pleasing experience as well.
